Device & System: Device ID (IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IDFA), IP address, OS version, language, device model, hardware, network type, Wi-Fi status

4. Advertising & Analytics Services

Third-party SDKs (Firebase, AppsFlyer) may automatically collect IP address, Device ID, time spent in game, links clicked — used to maintain/improve the game, analyze trends, and deliver contextual or targeted ads. With your prior consent, gameplay data may be combined with other sources for player profiles and ad targeting outside the game.

5. Social Sharing Features

Sharing achievements/scores via social media — data shared according to your social media privacy settings.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted storage, access control, regular audits). No internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Storage & Deletion of Data

Storage Location: Singapore (or other Southeast Asian regions)
Retention: Registered users — as long as account is active; after deletion, within 30 days. Unregistered users — 90 days, then anonymized
Deletion: Email thejackpotfevergame@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" + identity verification. Response within 7 business days.

8. International Transfers

Primarily stored in Singapore. Transfers to jurisdictions with equivalent data protection levels under EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we delete it promptly. Contact us to report.

10. Your Rights (GDPR / PDPA)
