By using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Additional Terms (Apple App Store, Google Play, social media rules).
If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the app on a personal iOS/Android device and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Not allowed without written consent: resell, rent, lease, distribute, use commercially, access via bots/emulators.

We (and our licensors) own everything: app code, design, functionality, in-game content (graphics, characters, storylines, audio, virtual items, look & feel), trademarks, logos, brand names.
No right, title, or interest in the Services is transferred to you under these TOS — you only receive the limited license described above.
Optional to use without an account, but may require registration (email or third-party login) for features like save progress and in-app purchases. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and all activity under your account.
All In-App Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the payment processor's rules. No refunds for unused virtual items if you violate TOS, we discontinue the Services, or your account is terminated for misuse.
We may suspend/terminate immediately, without notice, if: you violate TOS/Privacy Policy, your account is inactive for 180+ consecutive days, or fraudulent/illegal activity is suspected. Upon termination, you lose all access to your account, virtual items, and saved progress.
By submitting User Content (chat messages, custom avatars, forum posts), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute it, including for marketing purposes, without additional compensation. You represent that you own all rights to such content.
We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may remove/edit violating content at our discretion.
You must use the Services respectfully and lawfully. You may not:

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. Changes to these TOS will be notified via in-game notice or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Snacking Pte harmless from claims arising from your violation of these TOS, your User Content, or your use of the Services.
These TOS are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be attempted through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore. Class action waivers apply.
